Red E Cast Notched Closing Wheel
Red E’s high quality notched cast iron closing wheel with angular, tapered teeth provides a unique combination of sidewall crumbling and soil firming all in one. The closing wheel’s angular tooth profile helps prevent clogging and allows it to work in virtually all soil types and is especially effective in saturated soil and dry hard conditions that are traditionally difficult to close the furrow. For use on John Deere 1560, 1590, 1690, 1860, 1890, 1895, 1990 and ProSeries drills and air seeders. Also for use on Case IH PD500 and SDX drill parts with the proper conversion kit.
