With a passion that developed in our early years on our grandpa’s farm, we’ve formed our business around helping farmers upgrade and make better use of their existing equipment.
Our grandpa used to say, “I can’t afford a new machine, so let’s keep what we have running in the best condition possible.” At Red E, we find our inspiration by listening to farmers and their pain points, then providing solutions that dealers and manufacturers have not done well.

After years serving within the mechanical engineering field, Matt started Red E, an aftermarket agriculture parts & engineering solutions company. Matt’s experience in product development projects in both the construction and agriculture industries gave him the foundation to build a strong business founded on strong relationships.
He cares about what he does and he cares about people, building relationships that go beyond a single project.
With more than 10 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, his strong attention to detail, and his ability to adapt to any challenge, Jesse brings value to Red E clients finding solutions that meet their true need.
Jesse has a considerable amount of experience in machine design, metal fab, and mechanical systems and is not afraid of getting his hands dirty to get the job done.
Rick grew up in Jamestown, ND and spent many years custom harvesting from North Dakota down to Texas with his uncle. Prior to joining Red E, Rick owned several companies in the telecommunications industry but wanted to get back to working with farmers and providing solutions for their equipment.
At Red E, Rick provides free on-site inspections, attends farm shows, and gives expert advice to customers to ensure they get the right parts to upgrade their air seeder. Rick strives to give the best experience for our customers. He is skilled at following up and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Inside Sales Specialist
Elijah joins Red E with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Store Manager. He grew up in Moorhead, MN, and graduated college from UND with a B.S in Criminal Justice. Elijah enjoys the challenge to find solutions for customers’ needs.
At Red E, Elijah assists the product specialists at Red E by quoting customers, creating orders, attending farm shows, taking sales calls, and strengthening the relationships with our dealers.
Sales and Marketing Lead
With years of experience advertising through multiple marketing channels, Lisa focuses on advertising the Red E product line through social media, digital marketing, traditional marketing, and farm shows while also keeping the website up to date.
In addition to being a part of the marketing team, she takes on a sales role and assists by sending quotes, creating orders, and working with customers to ensure they have a great experience with Red E.
Sales Admin Assistant
Akala is from a small town in North Dakota and grew up on her family farm. Prior to joining the Red E team, she graduated from Joseph's School of Hair and worked at a local salon as a Cosmetologist. She comes to Red E with excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and is motivated to apply her knowledge to Red E.
At Red E, Akala creates orders, assists Red E customers with their orders, and ensures the sales team is being supported in multiple areas.
Service Operations Director
Chuck came to Red E with decades of experience working with a variety of heavy machinery including construction equipment, sugarbeet loaders, and servicing Cummins engines for the mining, automotive, and power generation industries.
Chuck's attention to detail ensures that every rebuild is done efficiently and will serve the farmers for years to come. Farmers appreciate his effective communication skills and the quality of the work done by our rebuild crew.
