Due to our continued growth and success, we are on the search for a skilled Territory Manager-Canada to join our team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into Customer Sales and Support. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Territory Manager-Canadian Market Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing new business opportunities
  • Spearhead sales strategies, cultivates customer relationships, and drives revenue growth within the Canadian Market
  • Disseminate qualified prospects to the sales team
  • Assist with planning the marketing focus, executing the marketing strategy, and documenting results
  • Assist with maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects and communicating to sales team
  • Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales team
  • Assist engineers in design, prototyping, assembly, and fabrication of new and existing products

Territory Manager-Canada Qualifications:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate information about the company in a positive manner to prospective clients
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional composure
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
  • Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering documents and drawings
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, moral character, and initiative
  • Farming or Mechanical background and/or experience in farming industry

Who We're Looking For:

This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching as a Service Mechanic/Tech. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs. We offer an opportunity to grow in your career and expertise as you work in a collaborative team environment, help streamline our internal processes, grow the business, and learn and develop new skills through a variety of tasks and projects.  You will serve as a trusted advisor and set a positive and encouraging example in the process.


Service Tech/Mechanic Responsibilities:

  • Dis-assemble and Re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc
  • Drive pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
  • Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
  • Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks

Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:

  • Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
  • Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus
  • Ability to travel

Compensation:

  • $50,000 - $90,000 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
