Who We're Looking For:
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with main responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple timelines while implement marketing strategies for the company
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including budgeting, creation, execution, analyzing, and optimization
- Develop, manage, and maintain appropriate and efficient marketing channels to reach prospects and promote the overall brand through social media and e-newsletters (using CRM)
- Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Manager
- Manage any design needs, including company literature, graphics and other branded materials from concept to final execution
- Manage aftermarket parts website and engineering services website, including new product releases and content creation, while driving best SEO practices
- Maintain and distribute clothing for company staff and customers
- Capture employee portrait pictures and new product pictures for the website
- Organize and manage farm show schedule, including scheduling booth space, hotels, and providing appropriate literature
- Coordinate vendor, customer, and employee appreciation gifts
- Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of the organization
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
Marketing Coordinator Additional Possibilities:
- Assistance with video marketing including organizing and filing content, updating video list, capturing video and light editing for promotional activities
- Assistance at hiring fairs, farm shows, and customer field visits
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience utilizing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong, influential relationships, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit professional composure
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Experience with WordPress and basic knowledge of web coding (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with using a CRM system (Hubspot, SalesForce, etc.) preferred
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and work with diverse customers
- Photography experience preferred
- Farming or Mechanical background and/or experience in farming industry is a plus

IT and Internal Tools Primary Responsibilities:
- Research new technologies to increase efficiencies in the company
- Lead research and implementation of new ERP system
- Create tools based off of ERP system to allow the business to run smoother
- Implement requests for customization of ERP system
- Devise ways to introduce new functionality to current systems
- Oversee the installation and configuring of new systems, customizing them for the organization.
- Maintain infrastructure within our facility, including network, hardware, and other technical support
IT and Internal Tools Secondary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and solving IT problems for internal customers, and to train on IT related topics
- Keep current systems up to date
IT and Internal Tools Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Any technical certifications a plus
- Self-starter, proactive on implementing efficiencies within the business
- Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
- Been through or led an ERP implementation a plus

Who We're Looking For:
This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching as a Service Mechanic/Tech. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs. Service Tech/Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Dis-assemble and Re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc
- Drive pickups to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks
Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
- Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus
- Ability to travel
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

Due to our continued growth and success, we are on the search for a skilled Service Tech/Mechanic Lead to join our team.
Who We're Looking For:
This role will be responsible for leading a team of talented service techs focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Service Tech/Mechanic Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead team of 1-4 Service Techs to success on rebuild projects
- Dis-assemble and re-assemble air seeding equipment to repair, test operation, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, cutting tools, etc.
- Drive pickups with trailers to haul tools and parts for on-site repair of equipment.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks.
Service Tech/Mechanic Lead Qualifications:
- Two years of leadership experience
- Excellent documentation skills
- Communication skills to interactive with on-site customers
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment and mechanical systems.
- Ability to be proactive, work hard, and overcome challenges that arise
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus.
- Ability to travel
- No major driving violations
- Class B or better driver's license or the ability to achieve.
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Experience:
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)

This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into Videography. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Videographer and Editor Responsibilities:
- Compose creative and engaging stories that include photography/video for various internal and external communications vehicles
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film along with inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client, and ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
- Ensure continuity, logical sequencing, and smooth running video
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Conduct meetings with the sales and marketing team to strategize media needs and video opportunities
- Plan and capture product pictures for website
Videographer and Editor Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically Premier & After Effects
- Detailed knowledge and expertise around all social platforms
- Exceptional writing skills for scripts, strategies, and tactics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Skilled at collaborating within and outside of departments
- Ability to travel as needed and record outdoors
- Proficiency and knowledge of working with camera equipment
- Ability to produce content assets quickly, flexibly adjust to changes in priority and find creative ways to repurpose existing content for new uses
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks with concentration, speed, and accuracy to meet multiple deadlines and shifting requirements to produce the desired amount of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work at a fast pace, while maintaining high accurate and quick turnaround time on assigned projects
Videographer and Editor Preferred Requirements:
- Portfolio as video editor and creative director
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Experience in the ag industry or farming background
- 2+ years work related experience with video editing or digital media content productions
Videographer and Editor Criteria/Conditions:
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
- Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment
- Location requires mobility in an office environment
- Occasionally work will be performed in a shed, outdoors or warehouse setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving loading and unloading machines/vehicles
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds

Compensation:
- $16-$25/hour depending on experience
