Red E Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Fargo, ND (August 24^th, 2022) – Red E is celebrating its 10^th anniversary in December this year. The company has grown from humble beginnings as a single-person engineering services firm with only a couple of clients to a 30+ person, engineering-based, performance aftermarket planting and seeding solutions company for John Deere, Case IH, Flexi-Coil, New Holland, and other brands.

Inspired early in his career at Amity Technology, Red E President and Founder, Matt Faul would walk past a vintage 1980s Concord Air Drill poster on his way to his desk that had a young kid in the foreground and a title that read: ‘There is still a future in farming.’   

“That image and message really stuck with me. I’ve felt a calling to help farmers make their equipment better than new at a fraction of the price of new equipment. Farmers are the heart of our country, our values, and our national security.  They are the best customers to have and each product we develop, each farmer we help, and each installation we do goes towards helping farmers keep on farming,” Faul explains. It’s this drive to help our customers that has helped our company grow at such a rapid rate,” he adds. That drive prompted a move in 2020 from a 2000 sq foot location to a 16,000+ sq foot location that is already looking to be expanded upon.   

In addition to seeing growth in employees, revenue, and square footage, Red E has been blessed to receive multiple awards over the past few years. Red E celebrated being the 923rd ranked company on the 2021 Inc 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in the USA, 11th of all engineering companies, and 2nd in North Dakota-based companies. Red E has also been recognized as the top dealer for Intelligent Ag’s Wireless Blockage Monitor systems, a Fargo ND-based company with a USA-made product that monitors product delivery giving farmers piece of mind that they are getting seed and fertilizer to the ground during the most important pass of the year.
