Controller Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the Accounting department with a specific focus on maintaining the strong financial health of the company
- Provide financial information to management by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting data
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Comply with all federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company
- Oversee AP/AR processes
- Bank deposit, bank and credit card reconciliation
- Investigate and apply for government grant programs
Â
Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree
- 10+ years of Accounting Experience
- CPA licensure preferred but not required
- Competency in Accounting software and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently/self-directed and as a member of a team
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Dedication to providing great customer service

Procurement Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify suppliers for parts and manufacturing products
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of products
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of products/materials delivered
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of product remains positive
- Maintain and develop detailed knowledge about parts/materials needed
- Use good problem solving skills even when something isn't clearly defined or known
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, Warehouse and Sales teams
- Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and team members
- Verify order timeliness with suppliers
- Use historical data to predict part buying requirements
- Work with Sales & Warehouse teams to resolve part shortages

Procurement Specialist Secondary Responsibilities:
- Receiving & processing of parts
- Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation
- Assisting with product installs at customer job sites
- Assistance with part deliveries and customer field visits

Procurement Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing of products and materials
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Adequate knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- In depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Able to effectively work in a team and with diverse customers to meet their project needs
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively
- Ability to work independently/self-directed and as a member of a team
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and initiative
- Mechanical and/or Farm industry experience/background
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills

Systems Administrator Tools Primary Responsibilities:
- Research new technologies to increase efficiencies in the company.
- Lead research and implementation of new ERP system
- Create tools based off of ERP system to allow the business to run smoother.
- Implement requests for customization of ERP system.
- Devise ways to introduce new functionality to current systems.
- Oversee the installation and configuring of new systems, customizing them for the organization.
- Maintain infrastructure within our facility, including network, hardware, and other technical support.
Systems Administrator Tools Secondary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and solving IT problems for internal customers, and to train on IT related topics.
- Keep current systems up to date.
Systems Administrator Tools Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field: or equivalent work experience
- Any technical certifications a plus
- Self-starter, proactive on implementing efficiencies within the business.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.

Senior Accountant Primary Responsibilities:
- Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required
- Formulate Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare month-end close process
- Year End Audits
- Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes
- Record all fixed assets additional and disposals
- Book monthly depreciation expense
- Be a self-starter: ability to work independently as well as with other personnel and management
- Engage in various department-wide initiatives
- Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner
- Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary
- Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
- Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
- Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements on a regular basis
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends and inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the finance team on the monthly and year- end close processes
- Work with external auditors as needed, ensuring smooth audit processes and adherence to standard accounting practices
- Lead budget preparation and forecasting, providing insightful financial advice to management
- Develop and enforce strong internal controls for financial processes, particular in AP and AR areas

- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Determine correct hand tools, power tools, and processes to best complete mechanical tasks
Service Tech/Mechanic Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of equipment
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, work hard, and handle uncertainty
- Attention to detail and Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Skilled with mechanics and have a tenacity to overcome challenges to get the job done
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Farming background and/or experience in farming industry a plus
- Ability to travel
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $90,000 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Lead team of 1-4 Service Techs to success on rebuild projects

This role will be responsible for a wide variety of job functions with responsibilities stretching into Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory Management. You will be working with a team of talented business professionals focused on meeting the needs of customers to solve a wide variety of engineering and equipment needs.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize warehouse space
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Material handling, forklift and truck/trailer operation
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment

Warehouse Associate Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assisting with product installs at customer job sites
- Assembly and light fabrication (optional)
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts (if good driving record)
Â
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically strong, agile and dexterous, ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and good moral character
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
- Ability to pass a drug test

Compensation:
- $16-20/hour depending on experience
