DuraWear™ Depth Handle

A new solution to eliminate an old problem. Does your planter have depth variability from row to row? It’s easy to move a T-handle, but setting the true depth on each row can be a guessing game, and getting it wrong leads to inconsistency and reduced yields. With our calibratable depth handle, the grower can remove the row-to-row variability so that each row is set to the same depth notch, providing peace of mind that each row is planting at the same depth, every time.

How It Works

The depth handle is a simple adjustment tool that allows for microadjustments to be made within a depth setting to hone in on accuracy.

1. Lower the planter onto calibration blocks
2. Loosen the nylock nut and set the depth handle to the desired position
3. Lift and slide the upper handle until the mustache contacts the gauge wheel arm
4. Retighten the nut

DuraWear depth handle is compatible with John Deere XP, ME5, and ME+ row units. No additional technology required.
